Parent Teacher Student Association
The PTSA is a national organization which promotes the welfare of all children and youth. Legislative action and lobbying is a major focus of state and national PTA, while our local organization provides support for John Adams Middle School and our families. PTSA is a place where your voice can be heard and your vote can be counted. The PTSA has played an important role in successful legislative efforts such as class-size reduction, Proposition S, and other local bond measures for facility improvements. Your membership fee supports PTSA work on a national and state level as well as PTSA programs at JAMS.
JAMS PTSA meets in the Library at 7:00 p.m. on November 10, 2011; January 12, 2012; March 8, 2012; and the May/June Meeting is TBD. All parents are welcome.
